AIPPI Switzerland is the Swiss National Group of AIPPI.

AIPPI, the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (Association Internationale pour la Protection de la Propriété Intellectuelle), is the world’s leading organization dedicated to the improvement and protection of intellectual property. It aims at improving and promoting the protection of intellectual property on both international and national bases. We pursue this objective by working for the development, expansion and improvement of international and regional treaties and agreements and national laws relating to intellectual property. AIPPI is a politically neutral non-profit organization, which currently has over 9000 members representing more than 100 countries. AIPPI Switzerland is a member within the worldwide AIPPI community. While we engage in legal research and education on intellectual property topics and regularly organize seminars and networking events in Switzerland, we actively participate in international congresses and support the improvement and harmonization of international legislations promoted by AIPPI.
