As every year, we have the pleasure to invite you to participate in the preparation of the national reports to the AIPPI Study Questions on the following current IP topics:

1) Q289 – Harmonisation of disclosure requirements and consequences of non-compliance

2) Q290 – Conflicts between composite trade marks, including non-distinctive elements

3) Q291 – Defence of parody in copyright

4) Q292 – Unjustified allegations of infringement of IP rights

Preparation of the Study Question Reports is an excellent opportunity to organize working teams and meetings with other members of the Swiss Group, as well as an opportunity to promote the work of AIPPI and publish it in the Sic!

The national reports need to be submitted to AIPPI International by 24 May 2024 and will be discussed during the 2024 AIPPI World Congress in Hangzhou, China  (19 -22 October 2024). 

In order to give more visibility to the Study Questions, the AIPPI Swiss Day,  which will take place on 11 April 2024 in Berne, will be focused on Q290 and Q292 . A discounted fee for the Swiss Day seminar will be offered to all participants to the Study Questions.
