We are pleased to invite you to the VESPA/VIPS Autumn Seminar, which will deal intensively with the new unitary patent system in the EU. The seminar will take place on 28 October 2022 at the Novotel Basel City, Grosspeterstr. 12, 4052 Basel, just a few minutes’ walk from the SBB train station.

As last year, it will again be held in hybrid form, i.e. participation is possible either on-site or online.

Renowned speakers will shed light on the practical and strategic options offered by the Unitary Patent and the Unified Patent Court from the perspective of the EU, Germany and Switzerland. The lectures in the morning will be held in German, in the afternoon in English.
